IP3: Real Estate Management

The content focus is on topics of project development, which are relevant after the completion of a project. The content spectrum shows the importance and fields of real estate management (such as portfolio, asset and facility management), which are then discussed using examples from construction practice. In addition, new professional and activity fields for architects and planners (e.g. project development and management) are presented and discussed. The contents are taught and applied on the basis of different market and project typologies.
