IP2: Real estate management

The content focus is on topics of project development, which are relevant before and during the construction phase of a project. The content spectrum covers questions of market analysis in a macroeconomic, regional and local context, current trends in the factual and spatial submarkets and new forecasting and real estate market models. In addition, questions of organization, optimization, innovation orientation, financing and economic efficiency as well as their influence on the planning and realization of building construction projects and urban planning are discussed.
